Why do we bother.
Okay so we start again. One a day Until we get resolution. Seems we celebrated a little soon. So more promises made. Refunds promised and was told my upgrade was reversed. Debit goes off and less then half the credit was processed. Called on the 1st May Got more empty promises and a worthless incident number. We have received your query and will attend to it shortly.
