Why delayed tactics on negative listing as accounts are settled ?

<p>I am hugely disgusted in a manner that Cell C treats its clients long after the accounts have been closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>My dealings with Slindile Ndlovu, a very professional and helpful consultant resulted in me making the last payments, and it was stated by the paid up letter received that the credit bureaus with be advised of such and I MEAN ALL OF THEM HERE IN THE COUNTRY, NOT JUST EXPERIAN.</p> <p> </p> <p>A PROFILE WAS CHECKED ON Sa****ay and it still reflects that I owe for the lines taken that have been paid for ?</p> <p>Why ?</p> <p>Do we have to beg for our names to be removed ? Methinks not !!!!</p> <p>Please update the records as a matter of urgency and I am requesting to be updated as such.</p> <p> </p> <p>This delay has been costly to say the least.</p> <p> </p>
