Still I am Getting this messages, the next thing my clear score will be messed up for the fourth time and again and again

( cell c wants to charge me for the bouncing debit orders for no reason when the mistake was done on their side, so now I must pay for cell c mistakes when they have failed to allocate all the payments that I have made since last year december.)
I have made onother electronic payment for this month, two Atachement were sent R608 and R5.

10 Oct 2023, 23:06I need to close cell c account emidiatly, I have left with 16 months to pay I want cell c to tell me how much Is left so I can settle the whole amount,and close this account for good and I will never ever recommend cell c, people must know how we are being treated so that they will think twice when ever they need anything, they must never ever open any accounts with cell c. Those who have Accounts with cell c I wish them to never renew or do anything with this company ,oh God my clear score is a mess, I have never experience this issues with clothing store account, Mr price can prove that my monthly installment is R340 but I pay them R500 last month I have paid R1000, identity can also prove that I am also paying them very well I have R0, instead I have paid more I am on -R40, rage can also prove as well R0 I do not owe anything. BUT CELL C is a devil.
