Why can't I upgrade early?

This is not really a complaint... But I am concerned as to why I can't upgrade early?? My contract is due for upgrade in August 2018, however, I am willing to pay up my account in November so that I may take up an early upgrade.... But I was informed that this will not be possible... May you advise as to why?? Then I may take my business elsewhere if my request is not being accepted.

There should not be any issues if you are willing to pay up the account. We will get a consultant to contact you and assist.
