Why cant Cell C read my post.

I posted a complaint against Cell C a week or so ago, about my phone being damaged during a hi-jacking . At the bottom of my post i wrote : Please contact me via email or on my work nr, seeing as (Like mentioned before) my phone is DAMAGED. i can not receive calls on it. But still they insist on phoning my nr. When they could not get hold of me, they called my wife's nr. There the RUDEST lady ever, actualy harassed my wife and shouted at her claiming that they cant solve my problem if they cant talk to me. I have a blackberry with BIS activated. now im paying for something that i cant use, because cell c cant read a post. . I am realy thinking of changing networks, due to the horrific service i am getting from cell c
