WHY BOTHER WITH A RETENTION CENTRE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RETAIN BUSINESS

<p>I have been trying to cancel <span style="text-decoration: underline;">or</span> upgrade my contract for more than a month now. Each time I call to cancel staff offer a retention deal, promise to email details and never revert.</p> <p>I have made numerous calls to the retentions centre requesting to speak to a senior staff member – The consultants undertake to have a manager call me, however this has not taken place either.</p> <p>The amazing thing is that even though a call was logged and reference numbers provided – NOBODY HAS CALLED TO RESOLVE!</p> <p>(Ref *** / ***)</p> <p>Your fooling yourselves with a "retention centre" - I no longer want to be retained!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
