Why are you taking my money

<p>This is my third review regarding a case pending and email being sent to your legal team and still money is deducted from my account. Every time I call I get told we dealing with it. BUT I get an sms daily reminding me of the matter we have settled two cases ago. Who is fooling me in this case? Is your legal team not doing anything about this? This is looking bad for my credit record and it's painful. Someone please help me settle this case</p> <p> </p>
