Why are you so bad at what you do. Fail!!

It's been a week, and still no iPhone 6s plus Gold in my possession. Worst thing is, a young lady called saying that it will be by me by 3pm or the following day for the latest, it's been 3 days later. Oh and then they tell me they cant promise my the colour I want. Why do you have to pay so much and get told that you can choose a colour but we cant promise you will get the one you want. Mistake for changing to Cellc. Called the call centre. Lady answered the call by saying Bye. Worst service ever.
