Why are you deducting money from my account???
Where is the blue hell do you guys just deduct money from my account? My contract was paid full and cancelled in 2022, now suddenly in June/July 2023 you guys start deducting money from my account? ***! Standard Bank: R467.54 *** from CELL C *** I***.

01 Aug 2023, 14:32This is incorrect, I send you guys an email today, please read that previous email where I paid the cancelation and contract, and it was closed October 2022, so for 7 months you guys dont deduct anything an now suddendly you start deducting again after 7 months and the contract is closed and finished paid of, so please stop deducting money from my account!

We have received your request for contract cancellation.
Kindly note that your contract was taken on the 12/08/2021 and expires on the 12/08/2023 as it is a 24 months contract, you can only request for cancellation 30 days before contract end date. For early cancellation you need to pay a commitment amount of R1,727.91, this amount is valid until the 31/10/2022 and does not include your current invoice amount.
