Why are you charging me for a debit order I don't even have

How in heavens name does Cell C charge me R70 for an unpaid debit order . When I last wrote a review an agent called me the following day and we agreed I will be paying via the app going forward and so I have done the end of last month. Yet this month I see my subscription amount plus a R70 for an unpaid debit ,what unpaid debit if the agent I spoke to cancelled the blady debit order . I am so tired of going through this , with everything else going on in the world cell C feels that it's not enough , they have to take a extra R70 from me just because . I cannot wait till my contract is done so I don't have any further business with cell C
