WHY ARE WE PAYING FOR CONTRACT SIM SWOPS?!

Dear Cell C<br> <br> Stop being greedy! Why is it that when I do a sim swop on my pay-as-you-go sim, I do not have to pay a fee BUT on my contract I was told either I pay R143 CASH at the store (Newton Junction) or R50 will be billed to my account when I do it telephonically? This is absolutely disgusting behaviour on Cell C's part. Why must I be penalised for having my sim card ****** if I am on contract? Why are we treated so differently? Is it not enough that you get a fixed payment from me every month but you want me to pay even more should I happen to lose my sim? Shocking. I will not stop talking until all 900 of my Facebook friends sees this, all 3000 of my twitter followers and all 8500 of my Instagram followers too. Absolutely disgusting. You can keep your network, I will be moving to someone who treats all their customers equally and fairly. Yuck!!!
