Why an Affidavit, not a Case Number?
Please explain why I need an Affidavit from the police to prove a theft has happened, when I already have a Case Number? You can only get a Case number from the Police. And now I have to Prove a theft happened? What constitutes proof, a photo? I already have an ITC number. All I want is to replace my ****** phone via Cell C Insurance.
