Why am I unable to cal 086 numbers?

The fact that even if you have a phone contract, you are unable to make emergency phonecalls.

I was unable to contact my security provider and get an emergency vehicle sent through to my premises because your package does not allow me to contact them.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! How can Cell C with good ethical conscious not allow you to make phone calls to an emergency phone call.

If this is not dealt with Cell C MUST cancel my contract as this is ********* and unacceptable!

How am i meant to protect my family if i am unable to make an emergency phone call???!!!!
