WHY AM I SUBJECTED TO SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CELL C

I really do not know how long does it take for Cell Ce to resolve the simplest problem such as the one these one. I wonder whether they are trying to cook the call recordings or what, since it was said they are still looking for it, why did Cell C played the recordings in the middle and when i question that, it was said they'll come back with a full recordings and from there, it was a series of empty promises. why is it difficult to find the call recording. The simple answer is that they know very well that the call recordings reveals what they are trying to hide or run away from, that is the package they were selling to me include the router. WHY CANT CELL C JUST DELIVER MY ROUTER BECAUSE IT IS EVIDENT THAT THEY ARE TRYING BUT IN VAIN TO MANEUVER AND COOK THE RECORDINGS, LIKE THEY TRIED TO TRICK ME BY PLAYING THE RECORDINGS IN THE MIDDLE, I BELIEVE THEY ARE IN POSSESSION OF THE FULL CALL RECORDING SINCE THEY PLAYED IT IN THE MIDDLE, WHY DO THEY NOW SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE RECORDINGS AT HAND. THIS IS SO DISGUSTING, WHY DO CELL C SUBJECT ME TO SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE.
