Why am I still being loyal

So... I can not fault Cell C on the network coverage. There was even that time when I phoned to complain about coverage that went down and they sent somebody out to fix it - in the hour. So I have consistently been a fan. But I ave been due for an upgrade for a while now and cell c has been phoning me consistently every month to offer me one, but I have been resisting as my phone is actually still doing amazing. So when I do decide go take them up on an upgrade my expectation was that I van get any phone in the February catalogue. Not so. "Nobody sells the s10e anymore sir." "a71? No idea when that will be available sir..." "P30 lite... out of stock" But these are are in you're catalogue and in my price range... 4th choice... Nova 5T? "No stock sir" So half the catalogue and ALL the mid range unavailable? Seriously?
