Why am I being overcherged? this is not prefessional
I just a Cell C contruct which I sined up for R412 and I am being charged R637, I called in to understand the reason for these extra charges and I was told to check the statement, I mean a whole consultant could not even explain why i am being overcharged... I am not happy with your services, you can't just put in charges we don't know ....I signed up for R412 and I expect the debit order to go the same

01 Aug 2023, 11:07Can you please help me understand the R449 subscription fees since I only know of R412 not R449 and I only agree to this contract because of the R412 amount and why is there additional charges which I never agreed to coz what I am aware of is that I have to recharge if I am out of data....It is very important to communicate and get approval for the charges and I only agreed to this contract because of the amount, You can't just impose charges without informing the other party and you are bridging a contract.
