why am i being charged more without my consent??
i have a 2-year contract with cell c for the monthly premium of R50 (tax and everything incl.) now, all of a sudden i get charged R55 when i've stayed within my 50min/50 texts/50 mb!?!? have they just gone and one-sidedly altered a contract??<br> i've already sent a request to cell c via their website, but after 3 weeks i\ve received no correspondence regarding this matter..."

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
