Why advertise stock you don't have!

Why do you have devices on your website that are not available @ any of your stores nor online? I am trying to upgrade a contract and none of the devices that I would like are available. After phoning a few stores, this is also the case with them.

Nobody can tell me when you will be getting stock of any of the items.

I do not understand why you advertise something you don't have, this is terrible customer service as you just keep letting us down
