Who's Fooling Who?

Last year October I upgraded my contract with Cell C After a sales agent from their call Centre called me desperate to make a sale, she convinced me to upgrade, she was explaining al the terms and conditions i specifically asked her will the phone be insured, she then responded with saying i first need to cancel the previous contract i had with Cell C, only then i can insure the one she wanted me to upgrade to. I then proceeded to cancel the previous contract HOWEVER that was the BIGGEST mistake as she never insured my phone(the one she just upgraded for me) I didn't know that until my phone needed repairs recently that was when I discovered that my phone was "apparently" not insured. I took it to the Cell C store in Alberton they checked on their system and they saw that my phone was insured, one would assume that they wouldn't take it if it was not the case, fast forward to 6 weeks after taking in my phone, i received a call from their insurance department claiming that my phone is not insured and they cant repair it, i was very surprised by that never mind that it was only after 6 weeks that they tell these news. I refused and fought back and forth with them, sending me from pillar to post. fast forward to last week Friday i get a surprising call that my phone has been fixed and ready for collect at their Alberton store, i drove there only to find that the phone is in fact NOT fixed. I'm very disappointed with Cell C after being their customer for so many years. If they do NOT fix this mess I'm leaving them for a better serving service provider. its been almost 2 months now without a phone and i need a phone to work.
