Whoops we can fix it!!

Ok so to start with a bitter taste of lack of comunication that lead me to frustration and alot of wasted time from a staff memeber at cell c. I was called bck after being in the shop for the second time and the manager Christopher in the La Lucia mall was so appologetic and helpful. I was frustrated and he calmed me.. helped me.. and better yet did all he cud to get me my contract for my childs school Tab. He worked with me and every step of he way kept me informed and up to date. Once we completed the process he even hand delivered the Tab and the contract at my front door. Withing a matter of days it was all resolved. Thank u Chris for ur assistance more ppl shud work in a service industry like u. It was a pleasure!
