Who upgraded me without my consent???
Who upgraded me without my consent? I’ve been on a package of 30gb day and 20gb night data for R262 and odd cents. I am happy with that deal - some *****, your agent decided to upgrade me without my permission to a package of only 30gb day & router for R435.00
Cellc deducts on the 28th of every month, I want you to look into this and send me back to my initial package. If that is a problem I want you to cancel my contract with immediate effect. Someone with a solution can call me soonest to sort this out ***
