Who to believe???

I have 2 cell phone contracts and both are insured with Csurance. I'm not even sure who to blame at this point as cell c debits my account for R120 for the insurance for each device however Csurance states that I'm only paying R69 for one of the devices, I have sent them a statement showing what my cover amount is however this has still not been rectified. I want a refund for all these months because when I had to claim they only covered me for and amount of R4400 when in actual fact it was supposed to be for R7000. The service is pathetic. I also requested for a confirmation of delivery for the replacement device in order for me to take out a different insurance as I am sure as he'll going to cancel this putrid one. I was told that the insurance does not have any proof of this. I want this to be sorted ASAP........
