Who do you not train your staff
I have been trying to get hold of the Collections department. My phone is completely blocked and I have paid half of the due amount, Other half is only due by the 15th, Spoken to Nokutula Ndlovu, Totally useless and refuse to assit, Nnando atleast tried.

07 Jul 2025, 12:41I do understand that and that is exactly what I tried to say to Nokutula but my phone is blocked, Our lines will be suspended for a while as I will have to catch up. My husband lost his job and can only go back to work in Aug due to cataracts

I tried call the call centre, they can apparently log a call for some one to phone me back BUT THEY CANT CAUSE CELL C BLOCKED MY DEVICE
Her reaction is, well you have to provide alternative number or no-one will help you, so I must walk 9km to buy a prepaid card for someboby to phone me, Surely the device can just be unblocked to make a call to me or am I the only logical person here
