Where is the loyality

App**** for our upgrades more than 3 weeks ago. Got a many calls and messages reminding us about our upgrade. Finally we got round to doing the upgrade. Now all of a sudden no follow ups no answers etc. Apparently there is no stock of the phones. Yet my brother went into the same store and got a new phone immediately. So Cell C prepared to get stock when you are a migrating / new customer but not when you choose to stay loyal. Going on 4th week now and still just a simple “no stock”.
