Where is the airtime?

I purchesed airtime from an ATM machine to my girlfriend yesterday 13 August 2025. It was our anniversary and she did not have data bundles for us to communicate on our special day. The purchese relflected on my bank account so it cannot be the bank's fault. She also told me that her dad tried to transfer airtime to her and still it did not go through. I am really upset. I would like to understand what the problem is and where did my money end up.
