Where is my tablet Cell C?

Beware they offer gifts on signup like tablets or accessories but do not deliver! I upgraded my wife's phone in Feb this year, at the start of the special regarding the purchase of the S23 Ultra and for a limited time you could get a free Samsung Tablet. Due to us requiring a tablet for work anyway this upgrade was appealing so we opted for an early upgrade in order to qualify in time. Sure enough we qualified for the free Tablet ON 23 FEB, received the order number and and a message that the tablet would be delivered with 7 to 14 working days after validation. "For any queries call *** 0r e-mail us at *** from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday...... None of these work ever!!! Fast forward to today, the 20th of June, multiple e-mails later, no response to queries, cell C and Samsung stores not helping, call centers not working at still no one can tell me where my tablet is? Oh and Cell C have the audacity to call me and ask me to upgrade my own number as well saying that they will give headphones or whatever! Obviously I blew my lid ended up speaking to the main guy regarding Upgrades who promised to look into it and what do you know...no response.
