WHERE IS MY REFUND
I was promised a refund, was supposed to have received it on the 7th , today is the 18th, still nothing. where is my refund.

You logged a complaint on the 10th of November and as per the feedback on that complaint, you were advised of a credit note not a refund.
A credit is allocated into your Cell C account and a refund is allocated into your bank account. However, we will get a consultant to contact you and assist further.
