where is my phone over 3 months later (sent to be fixed)

ive been waiting over 3 months for my phone to be fixed as it was insured. cell c vangate mall dont have very good customer service and kept me on hold for a few mins after speaking to the person who took in the ph, telling me that he cant do anything today cos the place where they fix the phoned is closed already and its only 12.23pm now. then he put me on hold for the manager, me waiting for a few mins and nothing. i actually have a feeling there is more than meet the eye
