I have a contract phone with cell c sent it in for repairs and was advise the repair cost is almost R10000.00 the phone is still under contract 😑 so now it my problem the I declined the quote and received [Dear valued Cell C Customer, Your device has been dispatched from Cell C Repair Center (ARC). Your reference number is MPWIT470154] This was sent 15 November on the 8 December I went to Cell c Highveld Mall to collect my phone and get told it has not yet arrived yet I asked when will it arrived and get told they don't know 5 days later I call customer care and enquiry and just get told it is the stores responsibility to resolve the matter it has been 2 months without a phone and no one can tell me where is my phone but each month Cell c takes there monies CELL C SNR MANAGEMENT PLEASE ASSIST AS YOUR STAFF DONT WANT TO !!!!
