WHERE IS MY PHONE CELL C INSURANCE - i am so appalled by the service of cell c insurance. so far my matter has still not been resolved. i booked my phone in for repairs they then billed me an excess of 650 and i payed that in full. after three weeks i had to call and find how far they are with my phone and they told me they have lost the device. they have no idea where it is. then after another week they tell me they have found the device and then had to reprocess the device in for evaluation. again (this will take another 7 to 14 days they say ) another two weeks has flown by and i had to phone again to find out what is going on. now they billing me again with another EXCESS FEE. I MEAN WHAT THE HELL MAN. ITS ALMOST 2 TO 3 MONTHS without my device i even had buy another device just to await on this device. CELL CAN YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS i have spent hOURS AND HOURS ON CALL with your agents and all they can tell me its been processed into repairs again. I HAVE LOST HOPE IN WHETHER THAT Is the case anymore. SHocking SHOCKING SHOCKING. choose a different service provider if you reading this. Gods sake
