WHERE IS MY PHONE??

I have been waiting for my Cellphone delivery since 25/11/2015. Cell C told me Ram Couriers has it and will deliver. I waited and waited. Eventually on Monday 07/12/2015 i phoned Ram and was told they tried calling me on Friday but got no response so they did not deliver... My question is this: Why didnt they come to my delivery address and proceed with the delivery. I was there every day!!! The fact that I oredered a new cellphone should indicate that my current phone may be faulty. I gave them the address, why must they first phone to say they are on the way..Now they have returned my phone to Cell C and I must go through the loooong process of ordering it again!! I can just as well get my upgrade by the Cell C shop in the Mall and never have to deal with such STUPID couriers again! I called the upgrades department of Cell C to reorder my phone and was told it is OUT OF STOCK?! I asked then where is my phone which RAM couriers returned to them. The agent said she does not know?! The phones will only be available end of January 2016.. I am MAD!! I want to get the phone by another supplier rather. CELL C SUCKS!!
