WHERE IS MY NEW PHONE AND WATCH???

No feedback and no way to get through to a "follow up" consultant to hear what the hell is going on. I still have not received my new handset and watch for my contract upgrade. It is now more than 2 weeks down the line. Previous tickets that was supposed to be resolved already regarding this issue is: *** and ***. I think the next step will be cancellation as I have not received my goods in the promised time.
