where is my device

was contacted by cellc direct and was told im due for an upgrade told me it a better offer and i will get a new device that was end of september begining of october i called with no answer line alway busy( people are probably complaining aswel ). email and some1 called 2 weeks later and said they will investigates about iphone issue ( i asked for a mifi device not an iphone ) its now the end of november . what am i to do <br> full of nonsense. if i dont get it sorted out im going to cxl all dealings with them and claim back as they did not full there side of the agrrement<br> <br> isen naidoo<br> [Email Removed]
