Where is my data? Cell C ? You get the money but I don't get the data nice.

December Buy 160 airtime Buy 5gig data Get no data airtime obviously used for data Got invoice to prove purchase escalated to customer care no resolution Now today January Buy 160 airtime Buy 5gig data Get no data airtime used for the data purchase Got invoice to prove airtime was used for data

Not going to escalate to customer care as nothing happens

I will not renew my contract with cell c and hope more people see this.

Where does the data go? I didn't get it but cell c got my money for the data I purchased and never received 2 invoices to prove this
