where is cell c customer service
I have attempted to contact cell c on 084135 but when they say the transfer you to consultant, you get cut off. and what ids the email address to send proof of payments?

09 May 2019, 14:38and I am still waiting for them to contact me, look like their customer service do not work as per the 135 number, every time you call it you get cut off, I have send the email and proof of payment and 5 days still nobody contacted me or reactivate the phone.WHAT WILL WILL DO NEXT IS TO SEND THE EMAIL 20 TIMES UNTIL THEY REPLY ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS , move to vodacom , at least their customer service lines are working and they assist you immediately.
