Where has my debit order payment gone?

What is going on with Cell C?

I have been a customer since Cell C started operating in RSA and never missed a debit order. Receive sms from Cell C on 26 October 2021 stating that my debit order will be deducted on 30/10/2021 since the last day of October 2021 fall on a Sunday. Received confirmation on Saturday from my bank that Cell C debit order of R554 went through. This morning received a sms from Cell C informing me that my account is in arrears with R554. Where has my debit order payment made on 30 October 2021 gone?

Phoning Cell C customers service line was of no help since they could not see any payments made on 30 October 2021. Cell C please sort out your records as this is unacceptable!!!
