When will Cell C pay back the money

This will be my third report on the same incident. To recap - Invoice date 1 June 2015, I am charged R51.75 twice for the Get It subscription, which I previously reported here I didn't want. I reported this when my invoice of 1 July arrived and there was no credit, and now the invoice of 1 August still has no credit. Cell C will say that they tried to phone me on receiving my last report. Yes they did. But I was sitting in front of my doctor. Do Cell C only make one follow up?
