When power goes down ,CellC is also down

Worst,worst ever non existent service,possibly ever. During December 2018 there was a few times that load shedding had to be done by Eskom. I stay in The Reeds area in Centurion, every time the power goes down there is no signal from Cell C. Nothing at all, other people around me can still communicate because they are on cell providers like Vodacom. But Cell C, nothing, no service. This is the way they treat their subscribers, quick to take your money at the end of the month, but when service is required it is non-existant. A complaint has been forwarded to ICASA and will be sent to this NO SERVICE mobile phone company. Please don't do business with this company, when the power is down and you need to phone you will not be able to.
