When are u going to resolve the problem

This is now ridiculous.Yesterday a consultant phoned me about the 1st complaint ive pu in.Stating that my contract is suspended.I ask if then that means its not working?! Yes, was his answer.Now tell me if just last week the full amount that was due was payed.Y do they still send me a starement stating i owe them!! And with further amount added ontop.Your money has been payed my contract is already due for a upgrade which im not intrested!!
