When a R99 contract actually means R600 bill! - Bad CELLC

<p>My data contract of 2 years expired in Oct 2015 with several calls from CellC telling me that if I dont renew I will not be spared any annual increases in contract price. Low and behold get a call in March 2016 with an enticing "valued customer" offer to renew my data contract fro another 2 years with the added benefit that my monthly subscription is now halfed from R199 to R99 per month. 3 times I asked the consulted (recorded call apparantly) if they sure the charge is only R99 which 3 times they promised that is it. I signed up. Received my modem and sim 2 days lates. Actived the contract only 2 weeks later. Big the shock when the 1 st bill comes with lots of charges and reversals and then one big amount called Smartdata for R500. Well this is not what I signed up for at all & i need this reversed. </p>
