I would like to know why Cell C is providing false services to their customers. Every month i buy the WhatsApp bundle and 2 weeks later i receive the following sms: You have reached your fair usage limit oh WhatsApp data.Out of bundle rates will be charged for further usage on WhatsApp where free data is not available. I was never told that there was a limit for the bundle. This is unacceptable, CellC cannot be so devious and rob their customers.

16 Apr 2018, 15:31The validility of the WhatsApp bundle is 30 days with a Fair Usage Policy of 600mb in place. Although the price increased, the Fair usage policy remained unchanged at 600mb.
