WhatsApp data-false advertising
I'm so dissapointed in your new WhatsApp data changes. March alone i bought 6 times of 30 days bundles for WhatsApp which doesn't even last a week and it's the 8th today its my 2nd time today buying data for the month of April and I bought it within 30min ago now I got a message that I have fully used my data.
I left MTN for Cell C even took contracts with you because of the excellent service i received from you, but you are ripping us off now.
I'm really dissapointed about this whatapp data . What ****es me off is your false advertising of 30 days data yet it doesn't even last 4 days.
I want my data back. I cannot put data en within 30min it's gone. You making money out of people. Is that how you building your company by lies?
The validity of the Whats app bundle is 30 days, which means the expiry date and not the usage of the bundle.
The only changes made to the Whats app bundle was the pricing. The billing thereof remained unchanged.
