WhatsApp data bundle
So Cell C’s WhatsApp data bundles have not been working on iPhone apparently due to the software update that Apple had last week. I called and asked what the issue was and when it would be resolved eventually and was told they are working on it. I’m sorry but the response I got was that I would need to buy additional internet data bundles to access WhatsApp which is nonsense because if cell c can easily use my Normal data why can they not use my WhatsApp data for WhatsApp??? And even if it is a software issue why are they not getting to the bottom of it? This is honestly the last straw with cell c.

There has been an issue with WhatsApp bundle and our IT team is investigating this issue and have not determined the root cause as yet. However, it has been noted that the problem is common across all mobile networks.
