whatsapp bundles

I and my friend bought whatsapp bundle offered by Cell C for our respective connections *** and ***.<br> But sadly even after activation of the whatsapp bundle and deduction of R5 from our prepaid balances, use of whatsapp resulted in the reduction of either primary airtime or data.<br> This is unfair trade practice as we are already paying seperately for whatsapp, so deduction of primary data or airtime means Cell C is charging us twice for one usage of application.
