Whatsapp Bundle depleted incorrectly

I purchased the Whatsapp bundle for R15.00 on the 10th May which is valid for 30 Days and then to be sent a message on the 18th may that i have used up my bundle. My understanding if i purchase a bundle for whatsapp i am not told how much MB or Gigabytes it consists of, but yes i understand when i buy dat i know how much i am purchasing and it expires in 30 days.

No i called this morning and i spoke to a lady by the name of Nelisiwe who told me that it depends on how you use Whatsapp which might end up depleting the Whatsapp bundle which is not my understanding. My understanding is that if i purchase a Whatsapp bundle i expect to use it fully till my 30 days expires. So i expect my whatsapp bundle to be on until the 9th of June and on the 10th it expires.
