Whatsapp Bundle

i have been experiencing an issue with the Whatsapp Bundle for the past 2 to 3 week already.

Every month a buy a Whatsapp Bundle which is 1 GB for 30 days but of late, if i send a message to someone, it take long to go through and whenever i check my phone to see if any new messages came through, nothing shows YET when i switch on my wifi at work, lots of whatsapp message comes through YET my Whatsapp bundle shows i still have 700MB left and im half way in the month only.

Even if i check the statuses of my various contact on my phone, it does not allow me to view it and it does not download the statuses... i have tried re-booting my phone several times, thinking its the phone but its not.

PLEASE PLEASE may you seriously logg an issue for this as it is causing alot of problems for me at my workplace and at home because the message is not coming through.,,PLEASE.
