WhatsApp bundle and losing data without using them

Good day i would like to complain about Cell C, last i put a 35 rand airtime which i bought whatsApp bundle for 29 rand was waiting for the message of telling me that it was successsful and which i did not received and i thought maybe it is because i still have data bundle for whatsApp. Yesterday my data finished and i called which them to find out what is going on with my whatsupp bundle i load last they told to verified something and when i did they said the system does not pick up what i have just verified and they can't help me, and i asked them ok when you take our money you dont asked to verified something i always load money almost like everyday how can they asked to rememmber how much i have load the last when i told them they said the system did not pick it up and another thing these thing of them topping up airtime when you did not asked them has to stop because you end up paying a lot of money. and their data bundle for internet does not last a second. can you please help me with this issue.
