Whatsapp @ R7. 50 not according to terms

<p>In your terms it says : "<span style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;">Send unlimited pictures, voice messages, videos and text messages for only R7.50". However we load this for my 9year old niece every month, and she can not receive or send voice messages, pictures nor videos? Why is this? Or does this offer not include data for downloading items received? Cause believe me, nobody sends even clise to the 1.2g allowance. Then this is pretty much just R7.50 to text? But on my phone even with no data, I can send and receive media? </span></p>
