WhatsApp

For as long as we can remember we received 1G which lasted 1 month and some months I did not use all my whatsapp bundle. Every second adverti*****t was about this R5,50 WhatsApp bundle which quickly increased to R12. Out of the blue Cell C decides to give less WhatsApp bundle (600mb) yet we told to pay the same price. Then tells people that it's fair usage charge. Does that even sound right? And for a nerve they tell you to buy a R29 social bundle which only has 100mb on and ads sms's (300) + free minutes (150) + free games (5) + 100 data + 100 social data.

What the hell must I do with games and sms's when all I want to do is spend R12 on a WhatsApp bundle which must last me 1 month. Now I can't view any WhatsApp status updates or open any videos or images because the data flies so quickly. I can't even buy my daughter a WhatsApp bundle because it will cost me R60 per month for 2 devices and I will have to buy 2 WhatsApp bundle to receive the gig Cell C usually gave. Does cell C even think before they do things because it seems they are doing things to benefit themselves and the consumer must just fork out money while they reap the benefits. Nobody wants 5 free games or 300 sms's. I don't wanna spend my whole salary on data! Cell C knows they would lose customers if they had announced this stupid social bundles and that is why they did it under cover. A total *******!
