What's happening with Cell C?

WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH CELL C?

I've been with Cell C for 8 years.... In the beginning of February I app**** for my upgrade and asked for the Samsung A52 the lady that helped me said that they do have them on hand... A few days later I get an sms saying that they don't have the phone in stock... Now I have to wait for it.... I'm not sure how long I'm going to have to wait because I know of a family member that went in for their upgrade in December they wanted the bundle that was a tablet and a cellphone they went into the stores to do their upgrade but had to go to 3 different stores before giving up and phoning in because the store did not have any stock... They then phoned in and still noting they have been waiting from December...
